We're looking for a Certified Chartered Accountant (CPA or equivalent), equipped with robust leadership abilities to oversee substantial teams (with more than 10 direct reports, spanning multiple locations), and extensive experience in financial controlling.

As the Vice President, European Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding the financial integrity of our European operations in collaboration with the Global Business Service Center (GBSC). Your responsibilities will extend to providing strategic advisory support across various domains, including accounting and controls, deal structuring, terms negotiation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Key Requirements:

• Certified Chartered Accountant (CPA or Equivalent)
• Demonstrated leadership proficiency in managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Extensive experience in financial controlling (notably distinct from general finance leadership or CFO roles)
• Familiarity with US-GAAP, IFRS, or related accounting standards
• Track record of working within sizable organizations, ideally with an international scope

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm earlier in your career
