As a Team Member, you'll provide crucial support in customer service, stocking, and sanitation within your assigned department(s). Uphold our company image by delivering courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and fellow Team Members at all times. Adhere to established procedures and promote our core values and goals while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Desired Work Experience: No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow department procedures for product preparation, storage, rotation, and stocking.
• Prepare, package, weigh, and price products for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness and well-stocked shelves and cases.
• Provide excellent customer service, address customer needs promptly, and maximize sales potential through effective procedures.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain a clean, sanitary working environment.
• Report safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Learn basic knowledge of all department products.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
• Ability to work in wet and/or cold environments.
• Use of tools and equipment including box cutters, knives, pallet jacks, forklifts, and more.

Note: The wage range for this position is $16.00 - $20.20 USD Hourly, commensurate with experience.
