Accounts Receivable Specialist

 Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Job Description:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will handle payments received via email and apply them to the corresponding invoices. Responsibilities include:

• Entering all incoming payments into the system promptly
• Reconciling all receipts
• Preparing and digitizing all payment and deduction documentation
• Reviewing and recording manual credit note requests

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• College diploma or technical diploma in accounting or equivalent
