Why This Role Matters:

As a Production Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department. You'll assist in managing day-to-day workflow processes, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring optimal customer service for our valued clients. Leading by example, you'll provide coaching and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of productivity, development, and excellence. Your role will involve liaising between management and team members, organizing workloads, and implementing efficient processes to uphold our high standards of service.

What You'll Do:

  • Prioritize and manage workflow processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and team members, facilitating effective communication.
  • Organize and manage team workloads and priorities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members for their development and productivity.
  • Collaborate with management to set performance goals and develop policies and procedures.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels to optimize operational performance.
  • Maintain proper receipt, storage, and security of pharmaceuticals and inventory.
  • Foster effective integration of new team members into the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing information and feedback on inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines, standards, and customer service protocols.
  • Build and lead diverse teams that promote inclusivity and belonging in the workplace.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of pharmacy work experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to various systems.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
